Hermanns Contracting has completed the public-area landscaping for a large number of residential communities throughout the GTA. Our list of clients includes, among many others, Mattamy Homes and Metrus Developments. Subdivision work includes complete construction and landscaping at storm water management facilities, street tree and buffer planting, entry features and residential parks. When land is designated for housing and is subsequently stripped of existing plants and trees, it is very fulfilling to be the company that restores nature back to these areas. Parkland, walking trails, trees and naturalized areas make new subdivisions wonderful communities for families.
