Located near Hwy 27 and Hwy 9, 45 minutes north of Toronto, Hermanns Contracting Limited has completed projects throughout the GTA , most of southern Ontario including the Ottawa area.

3. WHAT IS TERRASEEDING™?

A unique process that applies a required seed mixture injected into high quality composted topsoil using blower truck technology.

4. WHAT IS A BLOWER TRUCK?

A heavy duty truck that uses a pneumatic application process to install various landscaping products through a hose that reaches up to 300 ft.

5. WHAT IS SOIL MANUFACTURING?

In order to provide superior products for landscape construction Hermanns Contracting Limited produces a large variety of soil and compost mixtures as well as mulch products at the yard north of Toronto.

6. WHAT IS AN ECOBERM™?

Installed by blower truck an ecoberm™ is a natural, environmentally friendly alternative to silt fencing. Comprised of mulch and held together with the help of microblend™, removal of this 'fence' is not required as it will naturally become part of the environment. This natural fence can also be seeded.

7. WHAT IS AN ECOBLANKET™?

Ecoblanket™ installation is used when the slope that requires seed establishment is greater than 3:1. By incorporating microblend™ into the TerraSeeding™ process these challenging slopes can be successfully seeded.

8. WHAT IS MICROBLEND™?

Microblend™ is a blend of natural and biodegradable organic ingredients that stabilize soil and bond it with the existing surface.
